Best Online Climbing Coaching?

At Orange Performance Climbing, every plan is built specifically for the climber it serves, evolves as your training progresses, and includes direct contact with a coach who's actually engaged in your work.

Here's how it works from first contact to ongoing training.

It starts with a conversation

Every prospective client begins with an introductory call. It's a free conversation to talk through where you are as a climber, what you're training for, and which plan actually fits. There's no pressure to decide on the spot — the point is to make sure the support matches where you're trying to go.

Then a baseline assessment

Once you've chosen a plan, you'll complete a baseline assessment covering your climbing background, current training, goals, and constraints. This is the foundation your personalized plan gets built on. It's the difference between a program written for climbers in general and one written for you.

Your coach builds the plan

From the assessment and your first call, your coach builds your initial program. The plan is built around your climbing, your goals, your schedule, and your gym access, and it evolves as your training progresses. That's the core of how OPC works: not a fixed program handed over once, but a living plan that responds to how your training actually goes.

The week-to-week relationship

What makes online coaching work is the contact, and it's structured into every tier.

Each week your coach calls you to review the previous week, ask questions, and adjust what's next. Between calls, you have direct messaging with your coach throughout the week for questions, quick check-ins, and suggestions. And the full OPC training library is available to you throughout your subscription, including Climbing Strategy – Key Concepts, Essential Climbing Technique, and Training for Climbing Fundamentals.

The format is online. The relationship is real.

Coaching at OPC isn't about handing you a program and walking away. The difference between tiers isn't whether you're being coached — it's how deeply. Whichever plan you're on, the work is the same kind of work: a personalized plan, real coach contact, and a program that keeps pace with your training.

Your send is our success.
